'Faith' Red Fife Heritage Wheat

Certified Organically Grown Alberta "Faith" RED FIFE for sale.

Harvest of 2010 "Faith" Red Fife Wheat now for sale.

Artisan bakers coast to coast
are baking with Red Fife wheat.

Ehnes Organic Seed Cleaning Ltd. and Sharon Rempel, godmother of today's Red Fife movement are pleased to offer you an opportunity to purchase Canada's first wheat- "Faith" Red Fife, grown directly from the foundation Keremeos strain, the "mother" of today's Red Fife wheat strains. Keremeos was the home of the  modern Red Fife wheat movement. The Keremeos strain of the Red Fife is the foundation seed for today's Red Fife wheat being grown across Canada.

This year's harvest has a unique flavor with the robust rich wheat taste, with a blend of subtle mellow lightness. This is unique to the growing area and this years climate.

We have 70 metric tonnes available for purchase.  Like all beautiful and rare things on earth our limited quantity of Red Fife reflects the care and attention in ensuring the seed purity is the best on the market.
